The Travel Fund       The Travel Fund The primary purpose of the Travel Fund is to enhance the undergraduate experience at Caltech by supporting travel with alumni and faculty.  An important use of the Fund is to provide an opportunity so that undergraduates can participate in the travel programs of the Associates and the Alumni Association.  At the discretion of the Deans, other travel opportunities for undergraduates can be supported where student/faculty interaction or other valuable experiences occur.  The Travel Fund shall be distinct in that only non-student sponsors of student travel will be eligible to apply for funding.  Applications for funding, as well as questions, should be directed to studenttravelfund@caltech.edu.  An application for funding should include a budget, a description of the trip, and a brief discussion of potential interaction with faculty and/or alumni, or other valuable experience. The Travel Fund is an anonymous endowment.
